Jev Manual is an independent educational resource for developers building with TypeSafe Jev. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by TypeSafe AI.
Our goal is to turn changing API documentation, provider integrations, and implementation patterns into practical tutorials developers can follow. The site combines a desk reference, runnable educational examples, troubleshooting pages, and small browser-based tools.
What our examples mean
Examples are educational. Thresholds are illustrative unless explicitly measured. Fixture outputs demonstrate contracts and local code paths; they are not presented as real model measurements. A model’s typed decision is always separate from application authorization and execution.
How we maintain facts
Current model, aliases, price, limits, and runtime requirements live in one shared data file. Technical pages show a check date and link to their sources. Provider behavior is checked separately from direct TypeSafe behavior. When a provider page cannot be verified, the guide says so rather than silently treating the plan as a current API guarantee.
What we do not claim
We do not independently reproduce unpublished model internals, guarantee decision accuracy, or turn vendor benchmark claims into our own measurements. A structurally valid result can still be wrong. Readers should evaluate their own workflows and keep deterministic safeguards in code.
Reading and privacy
The manual is publicly readable without an account. Search, the primitive selector, and the cost calculator operate locally in the browser. Optional analytics is described in the privacy notice. See sources for the editorial hierarchy and the tracking log for updates.
